Principal Accountabilities: Store Operating Procedures: Develop, implement and control of SOP's for Cash Office & Check-outs. MIS (Store & Central Office): Coordinate the preparation of various analysis and reports in respect of sales & administrative matters, as well as to control maintenance of all data in the system. KPI - Reporting & Analysis: Review & control of the daily and monthly KPIs on various measurable factors against benchmarked figures. Accounts: Evaluate that all controls, proccesses, reports, accounting, purchaises are accurately established in the SAP & Navision systems. Expenses: Monitor & control periodically store expenses to keep them in line with the budget. Credit Control: Ensure that debtors are effectivelly controlled & regularly monitored.
