opportunity exists for a person to be appointed as the Chief Operational Officer of a small, specialised financing house. The successful incumbent will be required to develop the internal administration policies, procedures and processes normally associated with the back office of a financial institution, including risk assessment for loans, etc. This person will also be responsible for the development of the policies and procedures normally associated with the front office, as well as building relations with clients and developing the core business for a select client group. To be successful you will be older than 35 years, have 7 to 12 years experience in the banking and/or financial sector with extensive knowledge of front and back office functioning.
