Our client, a leading exhibitions and conferencing house currently requires a Compensation & Benefits Manager for their regional team based in Dubai. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated and innovative remuneration structures across executive and middle management levels, ensuring all compensation and benefits proposals and all other documents related to hiring, terminations are prepared timely and in line with the regional and global framework for compensation and benefit practices. You will have several direct reports so management experience is essential. A minimum of 10 years experience is required for this role. Experience in developing both long and short term performance remuneration is essential. Your experience will preferably be from a large holding company with multifaceted business lines. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic, have a strong understanding of salary surveys and experience of the HR administrative process. ...
