Due to the rapid expansion in the Middle East region they are looking a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Based in Dubai and reporting to the HR Manager, the incumbent will be expected to implement and administer the organizations salary, rewards and benefits policies inline with the overall corporate strategy. Main responsibilities will include implementation, administration and maintenance of compensation programs to ensure effective and timely pay, monitor the organisations salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between the control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
