Our client is ONE of the largest I.T solutions and service providers in the region providing a world class service to local, regional and international businesses. As a result of growing their Middle East business they are now looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Based in Bahrain, the incumbent will be expected to act as a consultant to the business, advising on the development and implementation of compensation strategies and policies and delivering market-competitive solutions to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements. Main responsibilities will include design and implementation of new compensation concepts, advising on pay strategies and policy issues during year-end process, pool spend and salary budget spend, writing communication guidelines in partnership with other global Compensation and Reward Advisors, interpreting market data analysis while driving consistency across all divisions, including delivery of appropriate training.
