Our client was established in 2006 and is a Dubai-based diversified investment company whose focus is on the areas of commercial real estate development and management, private equity and asset management across a wide range of economic sectors in the uae. They are currently searching for an experienced Compliance /AML Officer to join their team in Dubai. Your responsibilities include setting, establishing and ensuring adherence to processes, policies and procedures to meet compliance, legal and regulatory requirements as required by the DFSA. You will be required to set out a strategy for managing the relationship with relevant regulators and managing that relationship for all operational aspects. You will need to establish and maintain the firm’s AML policies and procedures that are in compliance with the AML legislation that is applicable in the DIFC and the uae.
