Accountabilities Linked to Objective Areas: • Deals with any complaint, taking action as appropriate, communicating it to the Chief Concierge or supervisor on duty, as well as maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery. • Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel services, local attractions, local/nearby sports and recreation venues, current and upcoming special events, shows or concerts and importantly communicates this to subordinates so they can supply information and respond to guest queries. • Maintain an awareness of guest profiles in order to promote the hotel facilities and outlet promotions, special events and activities of interest.
