Corporate Attorney  

· Provide legal advice to all commercial areas of the business (MENA countries subsidiary registration, partner/vendor and procurement agreements, commercial litigations, content-licensing, dispute resolution, etc.) · Provide legal advice to all corporate areas of the business, e.g. incorporations, capital raisings, filings, banking and finance Law. · Interpret and give advice on existing and new legislation affecting the business. · Manage registration/ protection of intellectual property rights (e.g. trademarks, patents, etc.) · Select and manage all external legal advisors and trademark/patent attorneys. · Review, draft and/or negotiate all legal documentation to be entered into or issued by S2M (e.g. agreements, letters of intent, MoUs, standard terms and conditions, letters in response to customer complaints). · Support Procurement on RFPs and RFQs and contracting procedures · Interpret and give advice on contract compliance and enforcement · Manage resolution of all disputes (e.g. litigation, arbitration, partners claims) brought by or against S2M. · Ensure ...
