Job description / Role Corporate Executive Assistant for a Financial Firm, Dubai The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities: • Provide support for all the administrative tasks such as outlining progress on all projects; manage and maintain diary and email account. • Complex travel arrangements and agenda planning. • Prioritize, plan and manage own work, ensuring day-to-day functional priorities are addressed effectively. • Drafting correspondence and memoranda on behalf of management. • Error free record keeping and management of the filing system. • Assisting with HR and Finance tasks for the office
Requirements: The qualifications and skills that we are looking for: • Near native business level English communication skills. • Degree educated from a recognized western university. • Minimum 5 years experience as an EA preferably in a law/consultancy/finance firm or large multinational. • Experience working within a team, but equally comfortable working alone. • Fast and accurate ...
