Customer Care Representatives - Call Center uae Nationals are welcome to apply Salary: DHS 5, 600-7, 000 per month + Medical + Ticket + uae Nationals Allowance Work Hours: Shift work (8 hours per shift), 6 days a week Based in Dubai - Jebel Ali and reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor you will be responsible for attending and resolving the customer queries / issues related to E-services that are raised through various communication channels like portal, telephone and e-mail. This position is first point of contact for external customers of Dubai trade. Candidates must also have excellent customer service skills.
