Provide consultation towards client needs and facilitates customer service problem resolution. Maintain and implement customer relations policies and procedures for the company and comply to unit standards and performance measures. Responsible for, Signing contracts with new tenants, following pending payments in all building, complete payments, renewal of tenancy contracts., paying against PDC., paying against return cheques, handover tenancy contract, replacement of cheques, doing formalities to handover the vacant apartment. Following up all booking flats for selling and leasing. Update parking list for all company’s buildings. Conduct continuing analysis of company customer service and initiates actions to meet clients’ changing needs. Consult with company management on customer relations issues and recommends changes to company procedures to enhance access to company services.
