Division Manager - Municipal Council Affairs  

Job Objective: Manage the Municipal Council Affairs Division within the Local Governance Sector to include ensuring efficient election process, providing training to Municipal Council members on local governance, and facilitating unified reporting to the Executive Director - Local Governance on all matters related to Municipal Council Affairs. Key Responsibilities/Duties Managerial Role: * Provide direction and manage employees in the Municipal Council Affairs Division in performing their delegated tasks. * Monitor the division’s performance with regard to the functional goals and objectives. * Prepare reports on the overall performance of the Municipal Council Affairs Division for the Executive Director - Local Governance. * Ensure that the performance of various tasks and the conduct of the staff in the division are in accordance with the DMA policies and procedures.
