Equipment Division Manager 
The Equipment Division Manager will manage the rental and trading divisions independently, propose manpower and infrastructure requirements to the Management, control administrative and operational costs and propose annual sales budgets in line with the market conditions * Propose annual sales budgets in line with the market conditions * Ensure the monthly/ yearly sales targets are achieved * Ensure that the inflow of funds is optimum through regular payment collections from the customers, reduce the overall credit period (no. of days, average) * Propose new/ related line of business to the management based on market demands/ feedback * Ensure the customer service is rendered to the desired level and that the customers are satisfied dealing with ETS * Motivate the associated sales team towards greater productivity/ performance * Take initiative to plan, expand and sustain growth after taking management into confidence * Identify and closely follow major developments/ projects * Appraise on ...
