Our client is a globally recognised and leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of engineered sealing systems, solutions, and associated products mainly for the Oil & GAS, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper and mining sectors. They are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join their expanding team in Dubai. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, including the smooth running of the office, day-to-day administration, and handling office calls and visitors. You will be coordinating with Head Office/regional offices on pertinent business matters and handling travel arrangements and hotel accommodation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate 3 years of similar experience preferably within a multi-national environment. Excellent professional written and spoken English required, with Arabic as an advantage.
