The Position: Reporting to the Executive Chef, the incumbent will oversee food production in the assigned section as per the established schedule while ensuring adherence to set standards, procedures and the airline as well as non-airline production specifications in the most efficient and productive way. He/She will aid and assist the Executive Chefs in the daily duties and requirements of the department and deputize on his/her behalf as required. He/She will schedule staff roster and coordinate the work of production staff to ensure that food preparation is as per menu specification, that recipes and methods are strictly followed while ensuring compliance with the Hygiene and Safety Policy.
