FINANCE DIRECTOR  

1. Supervising and monitoring all the accounting operations in the Head Office and branches. 2. Preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements for review with the Managing Director. 5. Analyzing the Income Statement and recommending the means to decrease these expenses. 6. Recommending improvements in accounting policies and procedures to provide more effective operations and reports on controls. 7. Preparing the cash flow analysis periodically and recommending improvements accordingly. 8. Monitoring the financial performance of branches and recommending actions in case of losses. 9. Preparing feasibility studies for any new project, coordinating closely with management to ensure that all the givens are correct, and recommending actions. 10. Submitting and finalizing all issues related to taxes. 11. Coordinating with the auditing company, checking the audit reports, and requesting corrections wherever necessary and applicable within the scope of acceptable accounting principles. 12.
