Finance Operations Manager  

Job description / Role Participates in the development of the overall financial strategy for the Company ; • Participates in the formulation of the financial policies and procedures. • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Tax, Withholding Payments (CPP, EI), Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax. • Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor. • Provides financial advice on the overall corporate financial position. • Prepares financial business plans and submits them to the GM & CFO for discussion and recommendation to the CEO and the Board of Directors. • Coordinates and supervises all financial and accounting operations e.g. credit controls, capital expenditures, account receivable, payable, budgeting, sales, purchasing, costing, general expenses, ..etc. and own the monthly; quarterly and weekly reporting packs on Group and Board level. • Monitors comparative budgeting reports and recommends corrective action as may be ...
