Game Master  

Responsibilities: • To understand the definition, assumption, methodology and process used in Customer Care metrics and reports. • Successful applicants will be required to manage Arabic-speaking game community and provide customer support such as answering to inquiries from players and customers regarding all issue related to the product. • Take part in localization, adaptation and alpha test of the game products from the test phase carried out before each new version. • Raise up regular in-game events. • Also assist and support other departments within the company. Requirements: • BA/BS degree or equivalent • Fluent written and oral communication skills in ARABIC & ENGLISH. • Good knowledge in online game or video games, especially in MMORPGs. • Successful experience in community commitment (fan site, associations, guild leadership, etc.) • Proficiency in the use of internet communication tools and basic computer softwares. • Ability to manage online communities and events. • Unlimited ...
