General Manager - Operations Food & Beverage  

Overlooks entire operation of all outlets. Brand Managers as well as all other restaurant personnel will report to the Operations Manager on matters related to quality, service and cleanliness of the entire restaurant along with other specific duties assigned by the VP- F&B. Responsible for the preliminary and continuous evaluations of the prevailing systems in the restaurants with regard to guest service and food quality. He or She must strive to improve the image and quality of the service in the outlets and to take remedial action wherever necessary in cooperation with the Brand Managers, restaurant managers and the VP of the Hospitality Division. Responsible for establishing standards of cleanliness and sanitation to be adopted in all restaurant kitchen areas.
