GENERAL MANAGER  

•Based in the uae. •Circa $125, 000 per annum + car/bonus (currently no income TAX in the uae). •Reporting to Board of Directors of Joint Venture between a European Engineering Limited Company and a uae Engineering private concern. •Full Profit & Loss and cash generation responsibility. •Develop and maintain good customer and supplier relationships. •Expand business through improved quality of product and service and thereby drive down costs. •Responsibility for recruitment, selection and training, motivation, discipline, communication, welfare, health and safety and team building. •Implement terms and conditions that satisfy Company Policy. •Ensure that by keeping up to date with legislation, all agreements and statutory requirements are met. •Develop own potential and professional knowledge by reading, consultation and attendance of courses. •Experience of working at a Senior Level, either in Europe or the Gulf region, in Engineering, and Capital Goods Sector. •Commercially astute and extremely driven, to drive the business forward ...
