Our client is an international leader in the Oil and GAS industry, nuclear industry, naval construction, and finally the health, safety and environment industry. Consistently expanding their global footprint they now are rapidly expanding in the Middle East region and looking for a Human Resource Manager to cover the Middle East Region and North Africa. Based in Dubai and reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will be expected to multi task across all HR platforms. Main responsibilities will include training and development, performance management and putting incentive plans into place. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations. You must complete administration of expatriate programs which will include staffing and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and training and development programs.
