Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of HR, the key responsibility of this position is to support aligned business areas in the achievement of their annual business objectives and the development of their longer term business strategies. Main responsibilities will include all aspects of HR, including resourcing, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits and organisational development.
