Consistently expanding their global footprint, they are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the incumbent will be expected to establish and deliver practices such as reward and remuneration, communication systems, appraisals, merit review, training, recruitment planning and activation. You will be responsible for driving, implementing and supporting change and continuing to align change initiatives to business strategy. Working closely with HR shared service function you will be responsible for recruitment, training delivery, payroll, staff leaves and employee welfare.
