Our client is a multinational company and an international market leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Consistently expanding their global footprint, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to cover the uae market. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will be expected to actively participate in implementing HR activities in coordination with the global headquarters, including training and development, talent planning, recruitment, performance appraisals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations. You must complete administration of expatriate programmes which will include staffing and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and development programs.
