An international leader in catering and custom food supply, our client has been globally renowned for more than 45 years as a leader in the food services sector, meeting the organisations’ needs in crisis and conflict impacted regions. Having substantially grown their Middle East presence they are looking for TWO additional HR Managers. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent will be expected to multi task across all HR platforms. Main responsibilities will include recruitment, orientation, training and development. You will be expected to assist with HR policies, procedures and systems. Providing support to the line managers and employees on performance management systems, you must complete administration of expatriate programs which will include, staffing, and employee relations. As the ideal candidate you must be a university graduate, preferably western educated, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, with some recruitment exposure. ...
