This person will provide administrative, project and helpdesk coordination for the IT department. The person will also maintain and update department files and systems as required. Answer calls, assign support calls to engineers. Develop user training manuals and plans. Keep technical documents updated and enforce critical services change management procedures. Person may also be required to update information/data on websites. Produces updates and distributes department minutes, reports, manuals and documents. Implement assigned processes and procedures according to establish guidelines. May be responsible for scheduling conference/meeting rooms and other meeting logistic arrangements. Maintain log of purchases, reviews invoices for accuracy. • Call management responsibilities including back-up phone support • Demonstrated ability to edit material requiring knowledge of spelling, grammar and composition • Communications skills (written/presentation/verbal) • Disbursement of all official company documents (memos/etc) • MS Excel/MS Word/MS Power Point/Multi-Tasking/Scheduling • Understanding of IT infrastructure and keeping technical documentation up to date • ...
