Land / Building Surveyor  

We are civil and structural contractor in Abu Dhabi, currently we have 2 medium size Electrical Functional Building which going to start construction soon. The surveyor must be familiar with at least the following surveying area / scope; 1) Piling point setting out 2) Structural works of building, with architecture element 3) Heavy Equipment base setting out 4)Verticality check for Building. 5) Civil work like road and pipe line. Experiences & Skills; 1) Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, with at least 5 years on construction site experience. Experience working in Middle East Country is added advantage. 2) Fast track project experience, good self discipline, willing to work under high commitment and very close monitoring. 3) Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with workers and other site personal. 4) To be a good team player, must work together with others team member to achieve target. ...
