Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for aligning learning and development strategy to the business needs, designing and implementing training events as per the requirements of the business. You will provide support to the Head of HR in drawing the strategies and plans concerning the leadership development of top management in the company. You must support the succession planning process by ensuring appropriate plans are formulated to meet the Training and Development needs of the selected employees.
