Job description / Role Principal Functions: - Responsible in contribute in design & Optimization of Sales Channel Incentives: optimize performance of Direct and Indirect Sales channels, by ensuring organizational alignment, effective cost control and increased productivity. Duties & Responsibilities: - SPOC for Sales incentives & commission schemes’ design and responsible to ensure alignment of the same with corporate priorities and targets - Collaborate with Sales with main goal of supporting / recommending optimal, incentives and commissions’ schemes - Assist in negotiations between Consumer Sales, Consumer Marketing and Business Marketing to set adequate quarterly / monthly targets and points for all products and services sold through Consumer Channels - Recommend optimal breakdown of targets across various channels to SVP Sales - Work closely with Pricing, Business Planning and Performance teams to develop the optimal incentives / commissioning approach for the full spectrum of Consumer products, services and channels - Responsible for ...
