Manager Range Operations  

Reporting to the General Manager of a sports and leisure club, the Manager for Range Operations will be responsible for the overall day to day running of an indoor shooting range facility. o Main responsibilities Manage all administrative, operational, safety, training and customer service aspects of the indoor range facility. o Main tasks - (RM-1A) Provide Range Administrative & Logistic Functions Manage range & equipment maintenance. Manage range registers. Oversee storage facility function. Manage range bookings. Complete administrative functions (rostering etc.). - (RM-1B) Manage Operational and Training Functions Supervise range staff. Operate target/scoring system(s). Manage range safety procedures. Manage training requirements. - (RM-1C) Provide Customer Service Identify and resolve customer needs. Resolve customer complaints. Deliver a high level of customer service. Build customer relations.
