Manager - Strategic Planning & Performance Management  

Managerial Role: * Supervise activities performed by his / her staff and ensure they are completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. * Monitor the performance of his / her staff and review all performance reports prepared by them. * Review periodic reports on DMA progress and performance.
