Office Manager (Arabic Speaking)  

Job description / Role • Provide full executive and administrative support to the GM. • Handling all administrative, office management and confidential secretarial duties of the GM and management team. • Manage complex calendar for GM (taking appointments, off site meetings, conference calls and family events) and preparation in advance. • Highlight urgent information and filter general information, emails, phone calls and invitation to the GM. • Keep and maintain an accurate office filing system (inquiries, quotations, reports, original contracts and agreements) both in physical format and on the server network. • Extensive diary management. • Providing personal support, as required • Providing Logistic support
Requirements: The candidate should be: • Arabic speaking • Experienced in Administration • Organised • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes • Familiar with arranging travel and organising diary management
