Our client is a global communication consultancy which builds relationships with its clients’ key stakeholders. Due to their continued success, they are opening new offices in Dubai and are looking for an Office Manager. The role will report to the General Manager and the incumbent will be responsible for the co-ordination of all administrative processes, arranging travel itineraries, meetings and events, together with supervision of the reception desk. You will be required to monitor and maintain the company premises and formulate procedures, in line with Head Office in London, for accurate management of all records. You will also be responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment, building relationships with vendors and clients and managing the reception.
