The primary job responsibility is to coordinate all administrative processes, arranging travel itineraries, meetings and events, coordinate office support services, including purchasing and facilities management, more specifically, you may select office vendors, supervise the purchasing process, build relationships with vendors etc. As this is a small office there are many other ad hoc duties which would fall under your responsibility, such as PRO work, handling office relationship with landlord, and HR assistance. This office will hold all the senior level management and you will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism, while maintaining a team spirit. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in administration, coordination, planning and organizing.
