Operations Manager  

Job description / Role • Manage the administration team resources consisting of administrators, receptionist, immigration PRO and drivers. • Responsible for Office Functions, maintenance, and logistics • Foster relationships with Government Departments • Manage insurance policies, liaison with insurance providers • Manage the Office Lease Agreement and relationships with the Office landlord • Manage immigration portfolio • Provide intelligence on market development and project opportunities to the OCM • Provide support to the Finance Manager on debtor management and follow up • Build strong relationships with Client procurement departments, manage relationships and invoicing • Prepare Arabic Translations • Managing the bank guarantee process • Work closely with the People Managers to assist with various commercial matters Salary: AED 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements: • Degree qualified in Business Administration or similar comparable field • Proven experience and a sound understanding of current UAE legislation etc. ...
