Based in Dubai and reporting to the People Development Manager, the incumbent will be expected to multi-task across all HR platforms. Main responsibilities include actively sourcing and screening candidates, training and development, performance management and putting incentive plans into place. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations.
