Our client is a ONE stop organisation for professional real estate in Dubai. By investing with them, you take advantage of the best in booming property markets. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to 3 Board Directors and the incumbent will be responsible for extensive diary management, organising meetings and making travel and visa arrangements. You will also be tasked with forward planning and problem solving and dealing with telephone calls and queries. You will be required to create and maintain office files accurately, prepare correspondence, deal with and filter incoming emails, telephone calls and faxes. Other duties will also include preparation and submission of expenses, raising purchase orders, photocopying and scanning.
