They are looking for a Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join their vibrant team. Part of the role requires general reception and administrative duties, such as to create and maintain office files accurately, prepare correspondence, deal with and filter incoming emails, telephone calls and faxes. The other part entails PA assistance to the Chief Executive and taking full responsibility for diary management, organising meetings and making travel and visa arrangements. You will also be tasked with forward planning and problem solving and dealing with telephone calls and queries.
