On behalf of ONE of our leading Clients in the Goverment Sector is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant who will provide necessary support in the following areas : * Managing the diary and schedule appointments. * Co-ordinate business travel and accommodation. arrangements for certain departmental staff . * Arrange meetings, take minutes and distribute minutes. * Handle interfaces with document control . * Liaise with other department heads. * Coordinate key project related work (eg : meetings, risks, plans, etc ). * Effective communicator in English both written and verbal ( Arabic would be a plus ). * Undertake general administrative tasks, filing, photocopying, organizing meetings,booking rooms & maintaining office supplies. * Must be confident using MS - Office applications, ( MS project and Visio are a plus ) . * Compiling written and statistical reports. * Preparing Presentaions . * Experience of Office Administration. * Co-ordinate business travel and ...
