Project Control Manager  

The PCM is responsible of the coordination of the project, which typically requires management of the flow of information between internal divisions, sub-contractors and suppliers, interfacing with the client. He manages periodic meetings and reports as necessary while maintaining control on cost, schedule, quality and other related issues. He will set up the procedures of Project Control regarding planning, cost, reporting, document control and contract administration activities. The PCM will lead a full team of Cost control, Planning and Contract Engineers DUTIES : - Ensure day-to-day for the project and communicate the project status to management - Responsible for keeping project on schedule and on budget. - Performs planning and estimating as required to support construction estimates, schedules and procurements. - Oversee the relationships with the engineering and the construction management firms. - Prepare the projects reports for the project leader together with the client - Monitor daily progress of work, ...
