The PCM is responsible of the coordination of the project, which typically requires management of the flow of information between internal divisions, sub-contractors and suppliers, interfacing with the client. He manages periodic meetings and reports as necessary while maintaining control on cost, schedule, quality and other related issues. He will set up the procedures of Project Control regarding planning, cost, reporting, document control and contract administration activities.
