Project Manager 
Job Responsibilities · Working alongside Interior Designer to develop programming schedules · Working closely with the client and consultants and attending all site and project meetings. · Creating full preliminary site check lists for monitoring on-going site conditions, and Weekly and Monthly Reports relating thereto. · Cross checking site applications of items specified in the FF&E specification control books for all areas of the project within the scope of work. · Cross checking with the project designer against site conditions all full finishes, ironmongery and sanitary ware schedules. · Close liaison with the appointed contractor to ensure the project is run on time and within budget and that all client and operator requirements are implemented · Manage the staged handover of areas within the ID scope of work, and pre-empt coordination requirements of all contractors relating to those staged works. · Carry out frequent site inspections and notify Project Designer, ...
