PURCHASE AND WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR  

•Reviews the handover from the previous shift and the schedules for the day and delegates operational tasks to the Team Leaders. •Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Scheduler. •Resolves issues with the client representatives (drivers), should any arise. •Ensures the effective completion of tasks and timely submittal of TOS and regular reports •Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance - Responsible for directing and coordinating the procurement of materials, components, supplies and services essential to the operation of the assigned product group. - Oversees the approval and control of all purchasing activities for an assigned product group. Investigates new developments in materials and supplies. - Makes recommendations on improving the quality and cost of purchases. - Supervises personnel.
