Real Estate & Investment Manager 
Provide decision support and economic analysis of investment opportunities across all sectors of the real estate industry. Perform financial modeling of Mergers and Acquisitions, asset portfolios, developments and structured debt. Perform research and due diligence to validate assumptions Provide quantitative analyses in effective, clear language Provide the necessary financial projections required in closing transactions, reviews and verify documentation Sensitivity analyses Assist other analysts, marketers and clients throughout all phases of transactions Reporting to the General Manager and will manage all the stages of the investment process. CFA (or similar qualification) is viewed favorable Development of financial models A broad knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments is strongly preferred.
