- Gather information about markets, competition, etc. and prepare monthly competitive survey reports to analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the area. -Preparing the feasibility study for the projects about what to offer the owners and what is our profit at the end and the leasing period we need. -Doing evaluation for the properties for example lands, building, and villas etc... -Coordinate with the Branch Manager and the Customer Service Manager and provide them a weekly report . -Send offer and quotation for different landlord in order to bring new projects. -Preparing the investment or the management offer and propose to the landlords with the company profile. -Assisting in improving the services, building income, and coordinate with other department. -Analyze the market, approving the rent price according to resources reports.
