RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE  

•To execute the internal sales proces and provide seemless transition from order confirmation to delivery of goods within the scope of the B2B & B2C model - Local Sales, International & Group Accounts. •Provision of pro-active support to clients and potential clients of the B2B Business. •Establishing and managing internal Sales business procedures. •Acting as the Sales Executives account manager, internal representative and functional support/training for mobile sales CRM . •Processing and following up of proposals, tenders and order confirmation in a timely manner and in accordance with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management data base) system. •Providing all aspects of customer service and support.
