Our Client, ONE of the largest exhibition and conferencing companies, is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to assist the HR Director with the ongoing recruitment requirements. You will be required to develop, plan, manage, implement and evaluate all recruitment strategies, policies and procedures in line with the strategic resource planning needs of the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for recruitment liaising closely with Heads of Department to plan for the specific needs of each department. Your main responsibilities will include resourcing external talent to meet gaps for business critical roles, supporting and championing talent management to facilitate internal recruitment, identifying and implementing the most suitable method for local and overseas recruitment.
