• Achieve sales targets in materials sold, revenue and profitability • Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams • Develop new strategies, tactics and plans for future growth of the Business Unit • Build better and maintain customer relationship • Exploring new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with engineering and estimation departments • Coordinate daily reports (sales, client, staff meeting, collections and project status) to BU General Manager • Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures • Collaborate with General Manager of the Business Unit and Executive General Manager in developing sales strategies to improve market share in the business unit’s product lines • Continuously motivate and inspire the sales team to focus on company’s goals • Establish performance goal for each employee and monitor if the employee is able to meet up the ...
