Job description / Role KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Understanding the Landscape • Build and keep updated a CRM for all the schools (private and public), nurseries, and other community organizations in Dubai; capture details such as school curriculum, number of primary year students, number of primary year sections, the contact details of the activities coordinators within these institutions, number of field trips undertaken by the school in a year, preferred venues, etc • Develop a granular understanding and database of all the key competitors within this space – and their offering (timing, program, duration, food, USP, price point, and other pertinent details) • Identify and establish relationships with all the key tour operators that can be a source of large field trip volumes • Based on extensive discussions with educators and other stakeholders, identify the gaps, pain-points for teachers, and constraints in the markets that OliOli field trips can solve ...
