Our client is a well established international design consultancy in the landscaping industry specialising in the innovative design and implantation of a wide range of products. They are renowned for working closely with clients and their design teams to achieve high quality outcomes. Due to expansion in the Middle East Region, they are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Human Resource Manager. The key responsibility of this position is to develop, implement and manage an HR Strategy in support of business objectives in conjunction with senior management. Main responsibilities will include evaluating, updating and implementing a number of HR policies and procedures such as compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, induction/orientation, turnover and retention.
