Job Responsibilities · Attending initial client briefing and kick off meetings. · Establish written Scope of Work and initial project timelines · Working alongside Client and Design Team to develop programming schedules · Liaise with Design Director to create Fee, based on Scope of Work and timelines and any other conditions pertinent to fee. · Conceptualise Mood or Theme boards for Interior Concepts · Develop Sketches, Key Master Planning and Perspectives for the Concept Design/s using the skills and experience developed as a Rsidential designer · Preparation of conceptual design and master planning for initial concept presentation · Manage the selection and production of full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentation. · Control the full preliminary line item budgets with the appointed QS, and manage the coordination of finishes schedules for all areas by the FF&E department, for submission to the client. · Presenting to client/s, and if ...
